We have a farm of Citrix XenApp 6.5 servers running on Windows Server 2008 R2 that host several applications for a subset of our users. There are 50-ish servers in the farm. I'm on the team supporting Outlook & Skype, not a Citrix expert nor do I want to be. This environment is a hosted desktop along with all the applications the users need. Many of the users log on from a Wyse terminal.
Typically, things work fairly well. However, occasionally one server will somehow lose all connectivity to 365. When this happens, it affects all users on the server. Nothing short of a reboot of the fixed server it. Rebooting the server fixes it every time. The server it happens to appear to be random. It's about a week, but we have gone a long way.Desktops, laptops, VMs, they all work fine. The issue only happens in the XenApp farm.Normally all of our Internet traffic goes through a proxy and we go to the IP Office.Is this some sort of Citrix bug? Anybody ran across an issue like this?
